ScoreRummy (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is independently operated from Chennai, India. This policy applies wherever in the world you use ScoreRummy.

No account, sign-in, or payment is required. To operate a game, we process player names, round scores, chat messages, timestamps, and a randomly generated game credential stored in your browser.

Our hosting providers may automatically process standard network and device information, including IP address, browser type, and device type, for security, abuse prevention, and diagnostics.

We do not request government identification, phone numbers, precise location, banking details, or payment information.

We use this information to run shared games, synchronize scores and leaderboards, provide room chat, maintain security, prevent misuse, diagnose problems, and operate the service you request.

Information may be processed by infrastructure providers solely to host and operate ScoreRummy. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising. We may disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect ScoreRummy, its users, or the public.

Because ScoreRummy is available worldwide, information may be processed outside your country, including in India. We take reasonable steps to protect it wherever it is processed.

Game information is kept for operational and game-history purposes until it is archived or deleted under our retention practices. A game credential remains in your browser until you clear local storage. We may retain limited security records for abuse prevention and diagnostics.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing. Because ScoreRummy has no accounts and cannot reliably verify identity from a player name alone, our ability to identify data belonging to a particular person may be limited.

We do not sell personal information, so there is no sale to opt out of.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

ScoreRummy is not directed at children under 13, or the higher minimum age required where they live, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Browser local storage is used for essential game functions, including remembering your claimed player. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Chat is optional and is not moderated in real time. Messages come from other players and may contain content we do not control. By using chat, you choose to send and receive user-generated content at your own risk. We are not responsible for abusive, offensive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable messages posted by users. Do not share sensitive personal information in chat.

We may update this policy. The date above will show the latest revision, and continued use after an update means the revised policy applies.
