Terms of Service

By accessing or using ScoreRummy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

ScoreRummy is a free score-tracking tool for Rummy. It requires no account, sign-in, or payment and is provided only for entertainment and organizational purposes.

You must be legally permitted to use the service where you live. If your game involves money or stakes outside ScoreRummy, you alone are responsible for meeting all age requirements and complying with applicable law.

ScoreRummy does not facilitate, process, hold, or transfer money. Any bets, stakes, or payment arrangements are made independently by players, outside the service, and entirely at their own risk. We make no representation that real-money card play is lawful in your jurisdiction.

You must not use ScoreRummy unlawfully; submit abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or rights-infringing names or messages; impersonate others; attempt unauthorized access; disrupt, damage, reverse-engineer, or overload the service; or interfere with another game.

We may remove content or restrict or terminate access to a game or the service when reasonably necessary, including for a violation of these Terms.

Chat contains unmoderated content supplied by players whose identities we do not verify. By using chat, you expressly accept the risk of encountering offensive, abusive, inaccurate, threatening, or otherwise objectionable content. Each user is responsible for what they submit; ScoreRummy and its builder are not responsible for user messages, conduct, or resulting disputes.

You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display it to game participants as needed to operate the service.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free calculations, or preservation of scores or other data. Do not treat ScoreRummy as the sole authoritative record when accuracy is critical or money is at stake.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScoreRummy and its builder will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss; loss of data, revenue, goodwill, or opportunity; player disputes; monetary stakes; game outcomes; or user-generated content arising from use of or inability to use the service.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our total aggregate liability will be limited to the greater of INR 100 or the minimum amount required by applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these limits apply only to the extent permitted.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ScoreRummy and its builder from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights, or disputes concerning stakes, game outcomes, or chat conduct.

We may suspend, restrict, or discontinue ScoreRummy, in whole or in part, at any time, including where these Terms are violated, without prior notice or liability where law permits.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law in your country grants rights or jurisdiction that cannot be waived.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement concerning your use of ScoreRummy.

We may update these Terms. The date above will show the latest revision. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
